Bradfabs can provide a complete fabrication service on any job from 1 kilo to 250t and £10 to £250k. Bradfabs deliver jobs from the engineering design to fabrication and installation.
Our fabrication and finishing capacities and capabilities are:
• Guillotining: 20 x 1250mm and 12 x 2500mm.
• Laser Cutting: Mild Steel - 4m x 2m x 20mm.
• Laser Cutting: Stainless Steel - 4m x 2m x 12mm.
• Laser Cutting: Aluminium - Up to 8mm.
• Laser Cutting: Rotary Axis - Up to Ø 330mm or 200sqmm.
• Punching: Ø 40mm in 10mm and Ø 150mm through 3mm.
• Auto Sawing: Up to 410mm.
• Bending: 12 x 3000mm and 10 x 3600mm.
• Auto Circular Welding: Up to 350mm.
• Drilling: Up to 50mm.
• Rolling: 10 x 2400mm (Steeco Rollers).
• Tube Bending: Up to Ø 60mm.
• Cropping: 100 x 100 x 10mm Angle and 300 x 15mm Flat Bar.
• Lifting: 10 and 5 Tonnes.
