The customer approached to to provide a cost for removing the old balcony and replacing with a steel one.
The old wooden balcony was very dark and one of the key points from the customers perspective was to increase light by having glass but also a glass floor section.
Another nice feature with this staircase is that the customer opted for wood effect powder coating so you get the benefits of steel and no maintenance but keeping the look of timber which fits in with the look of the house.
As you can see from the before pictures the new balcony is an improvement.
